I always did it twice a day, four yeas. So i sonded her when i was twenty three and fifty one now. And that has turned into a practice where it's every morning for sure. But sometimes i, i'll let the afternoon one go. After about four or five o'clock it's uncomfortable to me to sit for 20 minutes. O, i will do it around lunch time. Wil just talk to lunch. I'd love to to use this as a path to talking about self care,. maybe to sex up the expression a little bit, the the building and recharging of your energetic reservoir....
