The Imposter Syndrome
I think for me it's really putting the imposter syndrome aside and putting on the curiosity hat I think curiosity for me has been the driving force that has unlocked the ability to move forward. There is a lot of work to be done on all aspects to make sure that this technology is going to be beneficial for all of us moving forward. We're doing it in an efficient way a cost-effective way an environmentally friendly way, so there are many many different roles within that.
