Senator Lindsey Graham says that Putin the Russian president must be taken out. He also said on Wednesday that the Biden administration should send Ukraine the advanced and long range weapons that it's been asking for. The Senate passed the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill that includes $45 billion for Ukraine. It needs to be passed by the house and signed by Biden before midnight on Friday to avert a partial shutdown.
