Francois: Why would you imagine that this very complicated, very expensive technology somehow would all of a sudden become available to everyone? They're not hypothetical. There is a whole world that has told us and shown us repeatedly that you can't get access to basic health care. So why would you think that personalized medicine is now going to be readily available? And i want to say, reallylea ly, we already know, for example, how to safely and effectively destroy the rain forests in the amazon in order that we can have cattle grazing. That's wrong.
