Why We Didn't Get These Four Things Done
When we don't deliver those set of things when we then the question becomes well why not. There can be different reasons and this is the key point it's not a bludgeoning exercise to say oh you thought you would get these four thing done and you only got two things done so you're terrible that's not how this goes. It's you thought you'd get these four things done you got two of them done what happened? And there could be different kinds of answers including hey we learned that there was this fifth thing that's even more valuable so we changed priorities. Great or it could be oh we learned this thing was a lot harder than we thought and we decided there was better
