The Path of Least Resistance
A lot of the time we coast through and we do things because they are the path of least resistance. The best thing would be perhaps just to start with one home cook meal a week rather than trying to change everything. There's probably two or three main things that I've identified anyway in working with many people who are going through this. And then optimizing your plant based diet for things like health, longevity and athletic prowess is yet another thing altogether.
