Your friend may be feeling very alone and very lost so you can help by giving them some direction. You want to find local support groups for survivors of crimes or survivors of rape or sexual assault. The next step is to report or help your friend report the perpetrator to the authorities. Remember, a cult following is a knife's way of saying there are few people like you.
