The Role of the Eye in the Diagnosis of Lymphoma
Lymphoma of course commonly features in the journal it's common in difficult cases and CPCs so disproportionately we see it in the papers but yeah I thought that there were some very interesting bits to this paper. The brain is not the only immune privileged organ that the eye and the testis are also important. And then as you mentioned the phenomenon of the vanishing lesions that we all know that you give steroids and lymphomas may just melt away. This has a differential diagnosis that's important if you have in a series of melting away lesions half have primary lymphoma and nervous system half have tumi-factive demyelination.
