The Twins in the Central Reds
Everybody was calm and there were no issues at all. Paramedics hadn't arrived yet, but by the looks of it, they wouldn't be required. Officers' coke and fin lacing started talking with one of the Highway Agency officers to find out what was going on. The twins were a short distance away, standing next to the other Highway Agency officer. Whilst the Highway Agency officer was still briefing the police, this happened.
