Can We Let Go of the Fear?

The idea is that we try to drop the fear and just experience what we're actually experiencing. Fear is always based on the future of what might happen, so can we let go of the fear? The mind relaxes, lets go a fear, and is much more open,. Because we acknowledge the truth of change, rather than deny it rit unso again, this is xactly what we're trying to do. We're trying to say, ok, and live in the moment. And yes, something horrible may happen, but something really wonderful may happen, right?
