Tow Trucks, Disperse. You Will Not Be Charged

Sheriff's cars have been blocking the road in front of a nomewag camp. A tow truck has arrived and is trying to winch vehicles back onto the road. The sheriffs are struggling to get people to move further down the driveway. One man keeps insisting that if everyone moves into the camp, there won't be any arrests. But they already arrested somebody who cops also took a t tok from him.
