There are requirement for greater onectivity across regions, across cities. And that's ow rural areas in indiav been reinventing themselves. A big component of the rural pickup is actually expansion on those non agricultural things. Does this mean that india can somehow get out and have this great structural transformation without organizing and without manufacturing?
