The Dari - A Memoir of a Soldier

I came across this extraordinary chap who wrote vociferous numbers of letters, but also kept a Dari. And he had a little notebook so that when his comrades were killed, he had all their up-to-date information to use as a family. It was really quite something to say. They might have been on the wrong side, but they're clearly not all kind of Nazi bastards. I don't know, it was touching. It was a reminder if only he was needed. The casting process now and I'm going through the sort of roughs of, you know, thousands of photographs that I've taken over the last two and a half weeks.
