A Case Study of a Caucasian Female Smoking History Quit 30 Odd Years Ago
A 67 year old Caucasian female 10 pack year smoking history quit 30 odd years ago and she presents in this case with uh shortness of breath which turned out to be due to cardiac tamponade. She had a full staging her brain was clear she had a plural effusion as well a right hylamass and a right supricalovicular fossa node. The PET scan is at picking up lymph nodes and bone disease that you might miss on a CT but there's more radiation-canned all the time.
