How Much Time Do You Need to Spend Learning for Three Year Olds?

Olga's three year old child talks very, very badly. How much time in a day do i need to spend learning for three year olds? Not too much. Keep everything playful with three year old. My kids are about the same age, and one of my children is not talking much. One talks non stop. I've got twins, right? So. Ah, so the one that's not talking so much. He's talking, but he's not talking as much, you know. Uja, it's more just about all day. Just try to talk to your kid as much as you can, i think, to get some repetition in. They love picture books.
