If someone's training for a really fast speako, that's quite fatiguing. The marathon side is also quite fatiguing with the amount of miles. Start conservatively and work up to it. Am, but am yed u slowly. So you might start by doing just a short set. And your long run on the week end might onl be an hour ad a half. Um, until you get to, what's your sweet spot of volume?
