The Time's Up Legal Defense Fund is housed at the National Women's Law Center in Washington, D.C. Their money went to found it, but they don't run it. The group decides to focus pretty specifically on workplace sexual harassment. It seems as if from the start there was, I don't know, perhaps some disagreements on focus. Some people wanted the appearance of giving a crap without needing to do so.
