Michael Hayden says the intelligence community should not be let off too easy on North Korea. He adds that a real business man wouldn't expect eoble to do exactly what he does. The former CIA director also believes industrial policy is necessary in light of china's growing economy and semi-conductors problem. However, Mr Hayden warns it will take years before we can compete with China for its huge markets.
