How to Set Goals in a Small Company

Eric: I think one of the hardest things being in a smaller company is work. We have a lot of products, but right now we're only in a 17 person company. A lot of us have to take on hats and that generally isn't in our job scope. So it's been difficult to set milestones and goals there when basically you're just kind of like when you're in a small company, you're pretty all over the place.
