Is There Any Draw Box by Using Omnicons?

Omnicont is a library that lets you pull configuration out of the environment and change it on the fly. It can also be used to redirect fractions of traffic to different urals, for example. omnicont has been developed in-house with help from Google's cloud team. The app was released earlier this month as an open source project but there are no plans to make it more widely available.
