Is There a Stable Equilibrium?
I think one thing that we've seen is some russian disappointment about their military performance here. That makes our deterrence all the more important, i would argue. And so i don't know that we can point to a stable equilibrium at this point. It's not in any way optimistic, but it is likely where we're headed. In fact, quite alarmid. Soar sort of hunkering downfor a prolonged conflict,. which has both military, economic and diplomatic aspects.
