Digital nomad community has low expectations for their co workers. Many people look at every single person they work with as a 'margin' They hire high quality, well paid ple that are given autonomy and guide lines. It's not morally superior or any of this other stuff. But i onestly think it's cheaper and more efficient to hire a smaller number of high quality,. well paid ple That are given autonomy, basic rules and guide lines and gols over like a medium term. In so far, it seems to be working.
