The biggest shift I've had as a longer term entrepreneur is that things are more seasonal than I used to think they were. And so we had to let some people go, but it wasn't a huge percentage of the workforce. It was just like, okay, well, if our clients go from, you know, 700 to 500, then we need 15% fewer support reps or whatever. But when it ends up having those, you prune the tree. So this is one of the important frameworks that I want to pass to you.
