How West Virginia Will Vote for the Republican Nominee for President

West Virginia is a state that will vote for the Republican nominee by 40 points. Governor Justice is looking hard to get into that race, he just passed the biggest tax cut in West Virginia history. Joe Manchin basically kind of self-immolated back last year when he decided to cut that deal with Schumer on that so-called Afflation Reduction Act. He's going to have a really tough time if he runs again.
