Every day I have like seven maybe five to ten dot points in an ever know it just scrolls and it's about certain thoughts certain things that I did. And, and you just keep logging it. It's one of those things that takes two three minutes every single day. But I can now look back for five years into the past and be like I remember. August 2016 was just an awesome time.
