The Scottish Population of Puffins

This follows on from a really bad event in 2014 when there was over about 30,000 puffins washed up in mainly around the Bay of Biscay. So in a bird that only rears one chick a year at best to get another event like this within 10 years could be quite concerning for certainly for the Scottish population of puffins.
