Am, when i think about athletic training and the pursuit of performance, there is this periodization to it. And maybe there is a period where athletes are pushing themselves bu ten they're able to come out of that if they are constantly denying their hunger. If the idea of actually eating more food to take care of hunger is is no crease anxiety or distress, that is concerning. It's such a precipice for the athletes with regard stipping up to realize, like ti, i'm going too far, why i can't stop this, and i need some help.
