Do You Need Pronation?

You need both pronation and supernation. The activity that you're doing may be biasing one more than the other. Upright running, is going to be weigh more. You're in supenation, weigh more of that than you are pronation. In sprinting, i mean, it might be where the foot’s actually pronating,. It's probably even quite a bit less. So we don't want to be in over pronation. If you cannot flatten the three arches of your feet, then the mobility has to come out somewhere else, somewhere up stream.
