A productive environment is having things set up in such a way that you could be more efficient with the work you do. You don't want to have too many distractions facing you, because then it becomes hard to focus in. Use appropriate, easily accessible folders, whether they are plastic, project files or paper file folders or containers,. Or whatever it is that works best for you. But label them. Don't count on your memory to kno, oh, i know what's in there, because after two weeks, you're probably going to forget and spend time thinking about it. Same thing with handwritten labels: They may work, but they don't look as nice, and it takes longer
