You've championed the growth approach to solving many different problems around the business, not just conversion ones. Tell me about some of the flops or tough lessons you've learned on this journey. There were several. I rant some some initiatives where it was a lot of like, we didn't run the experiments. We launched big, big things, saying, taa hers, your new thing without having talked to folks. The assumptions were so flawed that they was encountered with like, massive back lash. And use the word humility is an extremely humble experience, watching somebody used the thing you built so humbly.
