The Problem With Papal Supremacy
The first constitution fits what would be commonly accepted criteria for what constitutes infallible teaching. The exact same thing is true of the second constitution, which he wrote six months later and takes the opposite view. So it seems like about as clear a problem for people infallibility as you could sum it up. But here's why I don't want to go into that. There are ways you can get around it. Some of them are better than others.
