Are They Something Different Anyway?

The question is, are they etched in the ye the bios, the builtin operating system, or are they something different? Are they physical? Are they something different anyway? And and that kind of gets back to rationalism and empiricism again, does the nature nurture as kind of a cousin of this same discussion. So we've got rationalism, we've got empiricism, but then we've also really thrown out testimony as a third potential source of truth.
