I think there's a ton of agreement here. But i don't see it your sense of that bill, either during its development or when it was passed. And and tell me what i'm missing. Tell me why i should feel less cynical, or or feel less pessimistic about it than i am. Unless you agree like maybe we should. You know, ive meant to read that really, at that point from a climate perspective specifically, really depends how the money' spent. 70 % of the money is flexible funding that goes to states.
