I think just all the obsessing about like your food is probably when it gets into the neurotic side is probably worse than just letting it roll. It's very nuanced 100%. I mean, that's why I just pissed so many people off with intuitive fasting with my past book. That word has been co-opted by a certain group of people where it's like the body positivity. There's no such thing as about food. It's the anti-dioculture. But ultimately it takes some time of experimenting to see what really loves you back,. And people want to feel good.
