Is JetBlue Trying to Reallocate Slots to KLM?

JetBlue is claiming some fairly strict policies in its fight with the US. It's claimed that they're in violation of the US European Open Skies Agreement. That can actually be a lawsuit if it goes much further, but we'll have to see how that goes. There are some spare slots at Amsterdam and I think this is what's annoying JetBlue because flyby has gone.
