How to Find a Niche for Your Business

Rails is not a business niche, it's a technology niche. I have struggled to exit the orbit or the gravitational pull that names Rails. My current plan is like if my clients are happy, like if they have anybody in their networks that they can refer to me. But I don't know how long it will take. Reconnect with me in a year and see how it's doing.
