The next thing after oxygen it's going to be nebulizers and like James said we're going to be continuing with the short acting beta agonist so salbutamol. Now for the eye-patropium well the evidence for that isn't actually as strong as you would think. So basically oral is the way to go unless of course your patient can't swallow safely or they have got ridiculously reduced perfusion to their GI tract in severe shock. That's either going to be IV or perhaps an NG tube or maybe even via the peg if they have a peg tube in.
