In France, the Baccalaureum is an entry ticket to universities. It's a very good education, but you don't really grow up in some times. And meanwhile, the American and the Germans enjoy themselves. But if they go to graduate school, they no longer enjoy themselves. They have problem sets and assignments again. I was almost disappointed to some extent. Not by the contents of course, but the system looked so similar. Some people are competing with each other very hard to get into those schools. These things got worse in recent years for two reasons. One is that the labor market deteriorated starting in the mid 70s. You know, you are willing to work hard there
