Introduction

Kirsten Bippins-Domingo: Dr. Lee Lee is a family physician and the Walter M. Seward Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He's joining us today to discuss the new recommendation from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force on screening for lipid disorders in children and adolescents. JAMA is publishing this recommendation statement and the evidence report on which the Task Force recommendation is based.
