When someone is five minutes late on a report, or, you know, when it's sorry, they're actually triggering like primal trust issues in the leader and the leader will sort of overreact. And so I think today, you particularly the millennials, Gen Xers, you have to build trust first. No one's going to just work in an organization just to draw a paycheck. You didn't promise free ice cream. That's what the third graders said.
