The most important thing is making a habit. The subconscious mind starts connecting, and it starts doing its own processing. So try to keep it to the same part of the day with some latitude. And even later on, there will be periods when the output is absolutely zero during that half anour. That's perfectly fine. It's got to be half an hour dedicated for deep thinking. Initial few days, one will not get any thought. Even later on, you know, there will still be times where i don't think very much at all. I'll take out fiftyen 20 minutes. That's good enough. You can do this from 7-9 in the morning if you want
