The Importance of Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching
I think we can bring that into the coaching and that not spiritual intelligence. It's like this nonsense about you have an emotional, you know, emotional, logical brain. You don't. You've got an autonomic and a novelty receptive aspect to your brain. I appreciate that somehow it may be it's useful to categorize sometimes in order to then us be able to see how that's just incredibly limiting. People need to understand the difference taxonomy creates boundaries between things. The typology is better at boundary conditions. In Britain, we drive on the left in Germany, they drive on the right. That's the taxonomy. Right. Just learn life is messy and life becomes easy
