In 1992 the investment companies got like everyone thinks of the crash is 2008, but in 1988 to 1992 the investment banks got rocked and it was the same type of liquidity crunch because the Fed did not step in at all. I say that that was the worst real estate crisis American history way worse in 2008. So basically that the policy approach back then was let them all burn and they foreclosed on 8,000 banks and every developer had their loans called.
