I capture almost everything into drafts or on a notebook and from there I'll usually make like two passes on it one is like okay these are the things I know I don't need at all. Sometimes I'll leave it in the inbox intentionally and know that I'll get back to it in say a couple couple days when I go through that inbox again. The other one is to document my weekly rhythms which you would find them as cycles but I view cycles as like those eight week cycles that we were talking about with the week of want.
