The Importance of Apprenticeship
A lot of the time people view that like the need to go apprentice is because there's all this information that's implicit and it's hard to externalize. My point is actually, for the industry is a lot of information that is very easy to externalize and make explicit. It just hasn't been. And so if I were 14, I was trying to learn the industry, I still don't know exactly what I do. So this is some combination then of basically apprenticeship and liberating information is kind of what people need to be doing.
