On the political side, it's not going to get much popular legitimacy or public support out of striking a diplomatic agreement with Saudi Arabia. On the economic front, I think the problems are just really too deep. The real Iran's currency dropped to an all-time low against the dollar in February. And so, for Iran, how much will this deal help resolving its domestic issues? My guess would be not much, to be honest.
