How Do You Capture Lightning in a Bottle?

Hurricane Rhea knocked out power for over a million people in Puerto Rico. When super cold weather hit Texas in February 2021, millions of people lost power. The only noise we hear right now in San Juan is coming from generators. We don't have reserve power on a grid wide level. It's a pretty compelling engineering problem, science problem.
