The process of learning is called Sravana, Manana, Nidditya Asana. In the context of Bhagavan's teachings it means contemplating on ourself. Real clarity comes from the practice of self-investigation - not watching yourself. Vishwanath says we shouldn't always depend upon others to provide answers for us.
