I often feel and I've really worked on this and got a lot better at it but my children are still quite young. We do fill up our diaries there's one of the stories I think it's Kitty who I want to talk about in a minute actually because there's a bit with her on a beach. She fills up her diary and sort of stays really busy she was sent to boarding school when she was 11 their parents are going to Asia they took her brother with them yeah left her behind, which is incredibly heartbreaking. To think of her you know saying writing to her mom saying I'm so lonely I want to come home and her mom sending her sweets and toys is
