Are the Mines in Ukraine a Threat to the Shipping Industry?
Mines have been placed at ports by both sides of the conflict. Advice from ukranian authorities is to stay put and not to leave. There has been talk of a blue corridor, maritime corri that would allow seafarers and ships to evacuate those high risk areas. You need both parties to agree to it - we're just not at that point yet.
